Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

 We offer  concierge services for your stay. Contact host at least 3 days prior to  your arrival if you want to book these additional packages and to  arrange online payments.

- Pre-arrival Grocery Stock ($50 per  guest): includes your favorite grocery or cooking items, all stocked in  the kitchen and fridge prior to your arrival.

- Birthday or  Celebration Package ($100 per guest): includes balloon decorations, your  choice of flavored 8 inch cake with personalized decoration, champagne  bottle.

- Romantic Package for 2 guests ($120): includes a box of  chocolate truffles, champagne bottle, rose petals, balloon decorations  and note card with message. 

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.

The 30 foot  swimming pool is heated year round to upper 80s, offers incredible  views, and the five-acre property invites guests to enjoy Central Coast  serenity.

Upon checkin,  guests have access to the entire property, front and back yards, and  pool, except the Casita and hot tub. The farmhouse sleeps 8 guests. The  Casita can sleep and additional 2 guests. The Casita is accessible only for an  additional charge. 

Our most  important policy is to make you feel comfortable and secure in our  vacation home. If you have questions or need help, contact us. We are  here to help. And we hope you enjoy your stay at Vina Vista. By  proceeding with your booking, you are acknowledging having read and  being aware and agreeing to the additional rules below.

• Please  note the home is located on farmland. Water is provided from the well  onsite with a full water filteration and softening system.
• This is  not a "party property" and hosted events are prohibited. We comply with  noise restrictions and want to keep our neighbors happy. Quiet hours  are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• No large events or parties (*per SLO  county max # of people permitted onsite during day is 12 including  guests, max # to spend night as guests is 10). If occupancy or noise  ordinances are broken, guests are subject to expulsion and fines that  can reach up to $10,000 per violation..
•No smoking or vaping of any  substance is permitted inside or outside the house. Violations will  result in immediate guest expulsion and a $1,000 fine.
•Pool is  heated year round to upper 80s. No glass bottles, cups, plates etc. of  any kind to be used by the pool area. Children cannot be around the pool  areas without an adult present. All children under the age of 10 and  all adults who cannot swim, must wear a life preserver (life preservers  are not provided on site). No swimming is permitted at night without  full supervision of a proficient swimmer and all lights must be  illuminated. No running or diving at any time around the pool. Pool  cover must be on during non-use, day or night. Wood and tile floors are  very slick when wet!! Sufficiently dry when coming into house after  using the pool. NO ALCOHOL DRINKING WHILE SWIMMING! No underage alcohol  consumption at any time. Alcohol consumption to be kept in moderation at  all times.
•Children/Infants under the age of 5 must be supervised  by an adult at all times and not left alone in any room unless when  sleeping. Any damage or liability incurred by children will be the sole  responsibility of their parent(s) and not the home owner.
•Service  animals are allowed under ADA rules at no charge. Service animal  handlers must answer the ADAs 2 question survey. Emotional support  animals are not considered service animals per the ADA and are not  permitted. Service animals may not be left at the house unattended for  any reason and must be with their handlers at all times. This includes  day trips.

•There may be wildlife on site, including hawks,  squirrels, owls, field snakes, frogs, crickets, bugs, etc. Guests and  children must not walk in areas outside the farmhouse perimeter. We  recommend using bug spray and sunscreen while outdoor around the pool  and patio areas.

•Please be aware that during an emergency  situation, the owners and/or the property manager will do their absolute  best to keep guests informed and up to date with the situation during  their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, National emergencies,  Pandemics, flooding, power outages, civil unrest, storms, or any acts of  God. Full refunds or partial refunds will not be granted for acts which  are out of the owners and/or the property managers control unless there  is a local/state Government declaration of Emergency and deems  the situation an act in which a refund is necessary to all of their  guests nationwide and not just our guests. The house is not equipped  with backup power.
